Bachelo’s degree in Law in the Universidad San Pablo CEU of Madrid. He has studied several masters: one in Corporate Legal in the IE Business School of Madrid, another in Bankruptcy Law in the Spanish Bar Association and another in Human Resources in the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid. During more than 15 years of experience in company law, he has developed his career in defending in and providing advice to every kind of areas. He has led several merger and purchase processes, as well as criminal and regulatory compliance.
