BBA degree and auditor registered in the Spanish Official Registry of Accounting Auditors (ROAC). He is Chairman of the Spanish Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Group in Madrid. For several years, he has represented the aforementioned Institute in different Team Works in Accountancy Europe. He has more than 20 years experience in auditing and other assurance services therein related, such as evaluations, due diligence processes, forensic,… Besides, he is also widely experienced in tax advice and has collaborated with both, multinational groups and Spanish companies.
