We are pleased to announce the merger of our firm with Baker Tilly, a key step in our expansion within the Spanish market.

This merger significantly strengthens our position in the Spanish market and reflects our commitment to service excellence and talent development. After more than a year of analysis, this integration enables us to expand our services both locally and internationally.

With 45 years of experience and a team of 120 professionals, Audalia will enhance Baker Tilly’s audit, consulting, tax, and legal services by contributing our knowledge and experience. As a result, Baker Tilly Spain will now have more than 550 professionals across eight offices and a combined revenue of nearly 60 million euros.

Following the integration, we will be organized into three major divisions: Audit, Advisory (including HR Lab), and Tax and Legal Advisory, with a special focus on key sectors such as technology, real estate, energy, and the third sector. This integration will allow us to accelerate our digital transformation and strengthen our capacity to provide innovative solutions to our clients.

As a result of this agreement, on January 1, we will join the international Baker Tilly network, one of the world’s top 10 networks, with a presence in over 141 countries. Additionally, our clients will benefit from increased international reach and the support of a global platform.

In the coming months, we will continue working together to complete the integration process in this new phase, which will include adopting the Baker Tilly brand. The next step will be in January, with all teams relocating to a new joint location in Madrid, at Paseo de la Castellana 91. In Barcelona, our team will move to Baker Tilly’s offices at Avenida Josep Tarradellas, 123.
