Recientemente hemos tenido conocimiento que alguien está usando el nombre de Antonio Crespo – Abogados para cometer una estafa ofreciendo una herencia fraudulenta.

Consiste en el envío de una carta, generalmente por fax, que utiliza el apellido del destinatario. Básicamente se indica que una persona (de la misma nacionalidad que el destinatario de la carta) que trabajaba en España falleció en accidente habiendo dejado un importante saldo en una entidad bancaria. El remitente se dice abogado del fallecido e indica que de no presentar a ningún familiar del fallecido, el banco bloqueará el saldo.

El estafador, tras disculparse por si la carta es contraria a la moral del destinatario e indicar que parte de lo que se recaudará se destinará a beneficiencia, ofrece compartir dicho saldo.
Los pasos siguientes serán la toma de datos y la solicitud de fondos.

Algunas víctimas son incluso contactadas por teléfono por una persona que habla alemán con acento español.

Este fraude ha sido denunciado ante las autoridades españolas.

Antonio Crespo es un abogado español que nada tiene que ver con este fraude.

Todos los datos de identidad consignados en esa carta son ficticios.

Recently we have become aware that someone is using the name of Antonio Crespo – Lawyers to commit a scam offering a fraudulent inheritance.

It consists in sending a letter, generally by fax, using the last name of the recipient. It basically indicates that a person – of the same nationality as the letters addressee – who worked in Spain died in an accident having left an important balance in a bank. The sender explains that he is the deceased´s lawyer and indicates that of not presenting any relative the bank will block the balance.

The scammer, after apologizing if the letter is contrary to the recipients morality and indicating that part of what will be raised will go to charity, offers to share such balance. The following steps will be gathering data and the application of funds.

Some victims are even contacted on the phone by someone who speaks German with Spanish accent.

This fraud has been reported to the Spanish authorities.

Antonio Crespo is a Spanish lawyer who has nothing to do with this fraud.

All identity data entered in that letter are fictitious.

Vor kurzem haben wir Erfahren, dass jemand den Namen von Antonio Crespo – Rechtsanwalt benutzt, um ein betrügerisches Erbe anzubieten.

Diese Person sendet ein Schreiben, in der Regel ein Fax, das den Nachnamen des Empfängers benutzt. Im Wesentlichen wird angegeben, dass eine Person (mit der gleichen Nationalität des Empfängers des Schreibens), die in Spanien arbeitete in einem Unfall zu Tode kam. Er soll eine nicht unwesentliche Summe in einer Bank hinterlassen haben. Der Absender stellt sich als Anwalt des Verstorbenen vor. Er erklärt, dass wenn er keinen Verwandten des Verstorbenen vorstellen kann die Bank die Summe einfrieren wird.

Nachdem der Betrüger sich entschuldigt, falls das Schreiben im Widerspruch zur Moral vom Empfänger steht und er angibt einen Teil von dem was eingenommen wird einem wohltätigen Zweck zugute kommt, bietet er an diese Summe zu teilen.

Einige Opfer wurden auch telefonisch durch eine Person kontaktiert, die Deutsch mit spanischen Akzent spricht.

Dieser Betrug wurde den spanischen Behörden gemeldet.

Antonio Crespo ist ein spanischer Anwalt, der nichts mit diesem Betrug zu tun hat.
